It’s actually a sales call, we just didn’t want to scare you. But seriously… we’ll answer all your questions, show you any features you have questions about, and show you sites we’ve built for other charters.
7–10 business days
We build your system
Fill out a basic onboarding form with your trips, photos, and booking details. Once we have the right information, we get to work building your new website and booking system.
25 minutes
Launch call
We walk you through your new website and system, answer any questions, and show you how “everything” works. And by everything, we’re really just talking about pressing two buttons.
What we need from you
Mostly things you already have. We handle the rest.
- Photos of your boat, your crew, and your trips.
- Your trip details and prices.
- Your booking link. Not taking online bookings yet? We set you up on FareHarbor, free for operators.
- Access to your Google Business Profile.
- Your past-guest list, if you have one.
- Your business details for texting registration, which phone carriers require.
Texting needs carrier approval
Phone carriers require every business that texts its customers to register first. We file yours during the build. Approval can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Your site and online booking go live on schedule either way, and texting switches on as soon as it’s approved.
After launch
You’ll hear from us
A text for everything
Every new lead, review, and booking shows up as a text on your phone.
Your report every month
What you booked direct, and how much you saved by not paying Viator’s commission on it.
A check-in after 30 days
A call after your first month to go over what came in and what to adjust.
If you ever want to leave
It’s $297 a month, month to month, with no contract and no setup fee. You can cancel any time.
Your domain is yours and stays yours, and so are your FareHarbor account, Google Business Profile, and reviews. The website runs on our system, so it comes down when your plan ends.
