CharterChoice is a brand of Hubert Ventures LLC (“CharterChoice,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through charterchoice.co and our related sign-up pages, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form or book a call, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, details about your business (such as the type of trips you run, your booking system, your revenue range, and your season), and anything else you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our analytics and advertising partners, including Google and Meta, use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, your approximate location, and the site that referred you.

Information we handle for our clients. When a business becomes a client, we process information needed to provide our services, such as booking details from their booking system and contact details of their guests. We handle that information on our client’s behalf and only to provide the services they signed up for.

To respond to you, schedule calls, and talk with you about our services.
To provide, operate, and improve our services.
To send you emails and, if you opt in, text messages about your call, reminders, and our services.
To understand how people use our site and to measure our advertising.
To comply with the law and protect our rights and the rights of others.

Text messages

Our forms have two separate, optional SMS consent boxes. If you check the first, you agree to receive text messages from CharterChoice about your call and appointment reminders. If you check the second, you agree to receive marketing text messages about CharterChoice’s services, which may be sent by automated technology. If you tell us on a phone call that we can text you, we’ll send the information you asked for and note your consent in our records. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only for that purpose.

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, our CRM and messaging platform, email, scheduling, analytics, and advertising providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
When required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others.
In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or block cookies in your browser settings. Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta may use cookies to measure and personalize ads; you can manage this in your settings on those platforms.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Your information: email us to ask for a copy of, a correction to, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we’ll honor them as the law requires.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
