Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of charterchoice.co and our related sign-up pages (the “Site”). CharterChoice is a brand of Hubert Ventures LLC (“CharterChoice,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services and contact us. Don’t misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping, and no submitting false or someone else’s information.

Our services

The Site describes our services. If you become a client, your services are provided under the agreement you accept when you sign up, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything on the Site. Prices and features on the Site may change.

CharterChoice services

If you sign up for CharterChoice:

  • Plans and billing: the monthly plan is $297 a month, billed in advance, and renews every month until you cancel. The annual plan is $2,970, paid up front for 12 months. There’s no setup fee and no minimum term.
  • Cancelling: you can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • No refunds: monthly and annual payments aren’t refundable, including partial months and the unused part of an annual plan. If you’re not sure, start on the monthly plan; you can switch to annual later.
  • Usage fees: texting, calling, phone numbers, and carrier registration for business texting are billed separately, at the rates our phone provider charges us, from a prepaid balance that tops up automatically when it runs low.
  • Your website: we build your website on our own platform and template, which we own and license to you while your plan is active. When your plan ends, the website and the features we set up are switched off. Your domain name, FareHarbor account, Google Business Profile, and reviews stay yours.
  • Add-ons and packages: priced separately and agreed with you before we start them.

No guaranteed results

We build and run marketing systems. We don’t guarantee any particular number of leads, bookings, reviews, rankings, or amount of revenue. Examples and client stories on the Site describe past experiences, not a promise of future results.

Text messaging program

  • Program: CharterChoice text messages.
  • What you’ll get: texts about your call and appointment reminders if you checked that box on one of our forms, marketing texts about CharterChoice’s services (which may be sent by automated technology) if you checked that box, and the information you asked for if you told us on a call that we could text you.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opting out: reply STOP to any message. We’ll send one text confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you opt in again.
  • Help: reply HELP, or email info@charterchoice.co.
  • Consent: consent to receive texts isn’t a condition of any purchase.
  • Age: you must be 18 or older to opt in to texts.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The Site links to and works with services we don’t control, such as FareHarbor, Google, Viator, Tripadvisor, and GetYourGuide. Their own terms and policies apply, and we aren’t responsible for them.

Our content

The Site’s text, design, logos, and other content belong to us or our licensors. Don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
