Private and high-ticket charters, where every booking is worth hundreds of dollars. If you run $60 per-seat tours, we’ll tell you honestly on the call whether the math works.

No contract. No setup fee.

Contract: None. It’s month to month, and you can cancel any time.
Setup fee: None. Building your site and setting up the system is part of the monthly price.
Build time: 7 to 10 business days once we have your photos and trip details.
Paying for the year: $2,970 up front. Two months free, and Google Business Profile and OTA optimization are included.
Add-ons: Only if you want them, once the base system is working. We go through pricing on your call.

Pricing questions

What does it cost?

$297 a month for the whole system. Or pay $2,970 for the year: two months free, and we include Google Business Profile and OTA optimization.

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

No to both. It’s month to month with no setup fee, and you can cancel any time.

Why is your pricing so cheap?

Our only interest is keeping you for 10+ years. We believe the best way to do that is to be priced affordably. If we don’t overcharge and we take good care of you, you’ll never have a reason to leave.

What happens if I decide to cancel?

We’ll be extremely sad to see you go, but after a good cry we’ll bounce back. You will lose access to everything we set up for you, including the website. Your domain, FareHarbor account, Google Business Profile, and reviews stay yours.

Is FareHarbor extra?

No. FareHarbor is free for operators; guests pay a small booking fee when they book. If you’re not on it yet, we set you up as part of your build.

What if my business is seasonal?

Most charters are. Paying $2,970 for the year at the start of your season gets you two months free and both one-time packages included, and Google Ads management can be paused in the off-season.

Why aren’t add-ons included?

They only pay off once the basics are working. The AI receptionist’s cost also scales with how many calls you get, so it wouldn’t be fair to price it into everyone’s plan.
