You never hear from the guests you lose.

Taking every booking by phone feels personal. But many guests won’t call. If all your site has is a number, they don’t leave a message. They book the next boat on Google, and you never know.

Two matching charter boats tied up on either side of one dock. The boat on the left is empty. The boat on the right has a captain and a family of four aboard, the kids waving.

Your boatNo call. No message.

The next boatBooked at 10:48 last night.

Same dock. Same trip. The only difference is the website.

  • They were ready at 10:48 PM. You were asleep.

    Takes bookings while you sleep.

Guests pick a date and pay on their own, any hour. You wake up to the booking.

  • They Googled trips in your town. The next boat came up. You didn’t.

Built to be found on Google.

Every trip gets its own page with your town in its name, so Google and AI search can tell what you run and where.

  • They found you on their phone. They couldn’t tell if Saturday was open.

Turns a look into a booking.

Every page has your prices and Book now. Guests see open dates and pay on their phone, where most of them book.

Keep FareHarbor or FishingBooker: we plug in what you use and sync it, so nothing double-books. Want to OK each trip first? Guests can ask for a date, and you call them back.

Best boat on the dock. Fewest reviews.

Every charter has good stars, so families go by the number next to them. Yours is low for one reason: nobody asks.

Said on your dock this week
  • “Best day of our whole trip.”
  • “He caught his first fish!”
  • “Best captain we’ve ever had.”
  • “We’re telling everyone back home.”
  • “We’ll be back next year.”

Said on Google this week:Nothing.

You don’t do a thing. We ask every guest for you:

  1. A text after every trip

It asks how the trip went. Guests tap a star rating.

  2. 4 and 5 stars go to Google and Tripadvisor

Under 4 comes to you in private, with a text, so you can make it right.

  3. Up to four reminders

“Sure, I’ll leave one.” Then they forget. We remind them, about a week apart.

Start with a review blitz. Send us your past guests, however many you have, and we ask every one of them for a review. How the review funnel works

Nothing slips while you’re out on the water.

With guests on board, you don’t pick up. You call back from the dock. But they’re planning their trip now, and the next boat is one tap away. By the time you call, it’s “Thanks, we already booked.”

9:14 AM · Missed call from (904) 555-0142

Sorry we missed you, we’re out on a trip! What day were you looking at?

9:15 AM

Goes out in about a minute, from your number. You don’t touch a thing.

Saturday morning? 4 of us.

A captain at the helm of a center console boat while a guest on the bow fights a fish and another films it, with mangroves behind them.

You run the trip. The thread waits.

Just got in! Saturday at 8 works. Want me to hold it?

3:52 PM

You wrote this one, from the dock, like any other text.

Yes please! See you Saturday.

3:54 PM

Website questions land here too. The chat on your site turns into a text, so it doesn’t sit in an email until tonight.

Also included

  • Past-guest texts

Bring regulars back when the bite is on, and make it easy for them to send friends.

  • One app for every lead

Calls, texts and website chats in one inbox on your phone.

  • Private and group trips

An inquiry form that texts you the moment someone asks for a date.

  • A report every month

One text: the trips booked on your own site, and what you saved by not paying a booking platform’s commission on them.

$100K+in online sales growth the first year on their new website

You shouldn’t wait three months for a new website

Yours is live in 7 to 10 business days. You won’t lose a day on the water to it.

  1. 20minutes of your time

    Demo call

Yes, it’s a sales call. Nick answers your questions, shows you what the system does, and shows you sites we’ve built for other charters. If it’s not a fit, he’ll tell you.

  2. 7–10business days, on our end

    We build your system

We build it from what’s already out there: your site, your social pages, your listings. A short form covers anything we can’t find. You keep running trips.

  3. 25minutes of your time

    Launch call

We walk you through your new site, answer your questions, and show you how “everything” works. By everything, we mean about two buttons.

  4. You’re live

Your new site is up, and guests can book on it day or night.

$297 a month. About one fill-up.

A tank is gone by Sunday. This books trips, texts back missed calls and asks for reviews all month.

Worst case, you’re out one fill-up.

Who it’s for, and who it isn’t

You need to commit to using it. We’d rather tell you that now than after you’ve paid.

It’s not a fit if…

  • You want a guaranteed number of bookings.

You can’t promise a guest fish. We can’t promise you that.

  • Nobody will answer the texts.

The system catches every call and message, but someone still has to text back.

  • You run $60 per-seat tours.

The math is tighter there, and we’ll tell you honestly on the call whether it works.

It’s a fit if…

  • Guests already find you.

It’s a system, not lead generation. It helps you book more of them.

  • You run a good trip.

No system fixes a bad one.

  • One booking is worth a few hundred dollars or more.

Charter, tour or rental. What matters is the math.

Why we’re “totally unique”… just like everyone else, right?

A web guy gets paid once.We get paid a month at a time.

So we have to earn it a month at a time. Here’s what the $297 is for, once your site is built.

Questions captains ask us

When am I going to start seeing results? Some of it starts the day you launch: missed calls get a text back, and every guest gets a review request after their trip.

The rest will completely depend on what else you’re doing for advertising, how long you’ve been running trips, the quality of your trips, and of course that you commit to using our system.

If you think you’re going to close your eyes and pay us $297 a month to solve all your problems, we’re probably not the right fit for you.

We cannot stress this enough... you have to be doing multiple forms of advertising.

CharterChoice is meant to provide you a simple, yet extremely effective foundational marketing system to help grow and expand your business.

We’re here to build your online business foundation, not perform miracles.

“Explain how you help me grow my business.” Sure...

1. Do you believe having more 5-star reviews will attract more guests?

2. Do you believe that being able to be found online and having a professional website that actually works will help you turn more visitors into paying guests?

3. Do you believe that instantly following up with incoming calls and chats will make you look more professional, therefore leading to more business?

4. Do you believe making the most of every guest you take out, by putting them into past-guest campaigns, will make them more likely to book with you again?

5. Do you believe making it easy for past guests to send their friends your way will increase the number of referrals you get?

6. Do you believe using automation and AI could free you from repeating the same basic tasks in your business, therefore giving you more time on the water?

7. Do you believe having these systems in place is important to grow your business?

If you believe any of those things can grow your business, that’s exactly what we can help you with.

Why is your pricing so cheap? Our only interest is keeping you for 10+ years. We believe the best way to do that is to be priced affordably.

We believe if we don’t overcharge and provide you with excellent service, you’ll never have a reason to leave.

So it’s $297 a month, month to month, with no setup fee.

Why spend money on a website when word of mouth already brings in business?Word of mouth is the best business there is.But it doesn’t end with the tip.People look you up before they book, and what they find decides it.

A site where they can pick a date and book makes it easy to say yes.

A number you can’t answer on the water sends some of them to the next boat.

I already have a web guy. Why would I need you?If he’s good, keep him.We respond to requests within 24 hours, charge a flat monthly rate, update your website whenever we find something new that works for charter operators, and maintain the whole marketing system for you.
Can people find my website on Google? That’s what we build it for.Every trip gets its own page with your town in its name, tagged so Google and AI apps can read it.

After each trip, guests get a text asking for a review, and reviews help you show up on Google Maps.

No one can promise you the top spot: that also depends on the boats you’re up against.

Prepay 3 months or the year and we tune up your Google listing too, with a Book button on it if you’re on FareHarbor.

I’m already on FareHarbor or FishingBooker. Doesn’t that do the job?Keep it.They take the booking; we get guests to it.

Where guests book decides what you pay.

Right on your own website, through FareHarbor’s or FishingBooker’s widget, you pay no commission.

On FishingBooker’s own site, or on Viator, you do: 10 to 30 percent of the trip, sometimes more.

So we put your Book now button on every trip on your own site, and if you’re on FishingBooker or BoatBooker, your site’s calendar syncs with it so nothing double-books.

Then we add what booking systems don’t do: a text back for every call you miss, website chats that land on your phone, and a review ask after every trip.

Not booking online yet?

We set you up on FareHarbor, which is free for operators.

I like talking to every guest before they book. Will I lose that?Nope.

Every call and every website chat still comes to you, as a text you answer yourself.

If you want to OK each trip first, guests can send a request instead of booking outright.

But be honest with yourself: does anyone give up while they wait for you to call back?

One Keys captain who books everything by phone told us “Probably a few.”

A Book now button for the guest planning at 10pm, and a text back for the one who called while you were out, means you keep those few.

What’s the catch?Just one: it only works if you use it.

The system catches the calls and chats you miss, but someone still has to text them back.

If nobody will, it’s not for you.

What happens if I decide to cancel? It’s month to month, so you can leave whenever you like.

We’ll be extremely sad to see you go, but after a good cry we’ll bounce back.

You will lose access to everything we set up for you, except your website: that’s yours to keep, at no charge.

So are your domain, booking system, Google Business Profile, and reviews.

Got another one? Text Nick.
